Return Policy

We certainly hope you love your purchase from The Stone Bunny. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your new/unused items in its original packaging for a refund within 14 days of the delivery.

We will credit you for the total purchase price upon our receipt. The Stone Bunny does not cover any shipping fees. Products returned under this policy are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment.

Lost or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us via telephone or e-mail. In the case of damage please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and return the product to us. In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 15 days from the dates of your order in case it has been delayed by the postal system.

How to return the products

Enclose your packing slip and the merchandise in its original package securely, and then ship to the address below within 14 days of your delivery date. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received or arrives damaged, so we recommend that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are non-refundable).
